Who Blew Up the OSCE Car?

OSCE observers work in special mode in LPR — after the monitoring mission's car blew up. It's suspicious how fast the Kiev authorities started to work the OSCE tragedy for their own political goals. Ukrainian representatives of a humanitarian subgroup of the Donbass contact group Irina Gerashchenko immediately stated that if such things are happening, it's impossible to talk about elections in Donbass.

Petr Poroshenko used this incident to go back to the obsession of the UN peacekeeping force. Meanwhile, there is new evidence in the LPR that the explosion was set up by the Ukrainian operatives. Our military correspondent Aleksandr Bilibov is reporting from the Republic. A burnt car frame is all that's left from an armored OSCE monitoring mission's car.

The backside of the SUV, where the majority of the impact occurred, is almost gone. The international observer medical worker, who was sitting in the back seat, didn't have a chance. The body of the dead American citizen was passed over to the Ukrainian side on Monday. This is where the explosive was buried. Supposedly, it was a tank mine. A huge crater.

The explosion was so massive, that the car, which weighs over 5 tons, was thrown 15m away to the opposite side of the road. Residents of the small village Prishib say that the road the observers took is usually avoided by the locals. It's a buffer zone, the front line is very close.

OSCE mission patrol cars were frequent guests here. Almost every day. We know all the guys already, that's what we call them. In the LPR they believe that Ukrainian operatives knew about the OSCE patrol car movements. It's a perfect spot for an ambush. Trees on the left so you can't pull over, a hill on the right so you can't climb. You can only take the main road. That's where the mine was buried. Since the contact line is rather long, and they're pretty close to this contact line, the operative Intel groups go there.

But in order to protect themselves, they needed to know where they were going. They should've warned us on our routes, on that road that they were taking. If we knew in advance, we'd have sent special services there, so they'd check the road and this wouldn't have happened. The Ukrainian operatives didn't stay unnoticed. The investigation party already has evidence and even the names of the alleged criminals. We found a watch tower of the operative Intel group of the Ukrainian forces. A so-called lair. That's where the operatives watched and observed the explosion of the special OSCE monitoring mission crew.

From our Intel data and discovered evidence, we know that the commando group of the 8th regiment of the Ukraine's special forces supposedly consisted of 3 people with Mayor Goludzyak Sergey Vyacheslavovich in command. The injured mission workers, a German citizen and a Czech citizen have already been discharged from the hospital.

There was another explosion in LPR today, also on a mine. This time it was a tractor-trailer. There were regular workers inside, headed to clean the wood line. One is dead, five are in the hospital.
