Putin Explains to Ukrainian Journalist Citizens’ Right to Disobey the Impostor Kiev Regime

Roman Tsimbalyuk, Ukraine: Thank you for the opportunity to ask my question. I'll correct you if I might: Ukraine is far from Bashkiria. We're only familiar with your Buryats so far. It's not the first time I ask you this question. The trouble is that you don't answer all the questions. Previously, you said that you're open to deploying people to Donbas to fix military issues aka to murder Ukrainian citizens. In general, it's all clear. Our Army knows what to do with those people with your fixers. Some of them get captured go to Ukrainian prisons and get life sentences. Your third term is almost over and you might not get re-elected. Don't you want to exchange your people? It won't be difficult since the Ukrainians don't abandon their own and we want to get those 65 hostages back. You perfectly know who I'm talking about not just Sentsov and Sushchenko but dozens of Crimean Tatars. And if you win the election if will you continue to assume this absurd position on the peacekeepers in Donbas? Your fixers there are basically perpetrating a massacre among the people of Donbas. You shouldn't be afraid of that because the freed Ukrainian cities like Slavyansk or Mariupol are living a wonderful peaceful life.

Vladimir Putin: Addressing the question. It wasn't really a question but rather his point of view. I'd like to say the following. First, regarding the locations of Ukraine and Bashkiria judging by the fact that you're speaking perfect Russian without any accent I'd say that in this sense, in terms of mentality, Bashkiria is closer to Ukraine than in terms of their geography. Regarding the Donbas tragedy and it's a tragedy indeed I can't argue with that. We must always look for the origin of the tragedy. The coup was the origin. The unconstitutional coup d'etat. It's well known, that some Ukrainians were against it. Started to fight it. And the dissidents... Despite Ukraine striving to join the European civilization. ...weren't fought by the means of democracy but rather by deploying the law enforcement and then the Armed Forces. There are no Russian soldiers in Donbas. But there are some militant organizations that act on their own and will readily repel any large-scale military operation against Donbas. We believe it meets the interests of the Donbas residents because if they had no such opportunity the massacre you mentioned even worse than the one in Srebrenica will be carried out by the so-called nationalist battalions. And nothing would stop them including appealing... like my Western counterparts have suggested in case of the escalation of the events appealing to the international human rights organizations. And we are perfectly aware of that.
