The implementation of projects developed by young specialists facilitates the country's growth, as stated by Vladimir Putin in his speech at the 'Russia - Land of Opportunity' forum.

The implementation of projects developed by young specialists facilitates the country's growth, as stated by Vladimir Putin in his speech at the 'Russia — Land of Opportunity' forum. It was the President who initiated the forum for professional and career growth for young and talented people. For many of them, the growth has already begun.

They shared their secrets with my colleague, Dmitry Petrov.

Over 5,000 people greet the President in the VDNKh concert hall. They're young, talented, dynamic, they've come from all over Russia.

Vladimir Putin: "Russia is interested in seeing each of you succeed because each success contributes to the success of our homeland, Russia. I would sincerely like you to achieve everything you are striving for of and dreaming of. I want to ask each one of you. Can you do it?"

Vladimir Putin: "It would be difficult to expect a different answer from this audience. And our country, our homeland, our beloved Russia, expects and wants you to implement all your plans, all your dreams and ideas, because if this happens, the entire country will develop along with you. It will look forward to the future; it will be a country we will all be proud of. We are proud now, and will be in the future, too. We will provide for its future, and we will do this together. Yes? I wish you success.Thank you very much".

Russia is the country of opportunities, as winners of 14 projects can confirm. The youngest participants are the Russian School Students Movement and Russia's leaders can also be seen here. as well as volunteers, students, entrepreneurs, and young professionals. Their talents and skills are in demand, already serving Russia.

The University of Economics student, Ksenia Goryacheva, can rightfully introduce herself as the Captain of Russian business. She implemented an education project, gathering a team of young, goal-oriented people.

Ksenia Goryacheva, winner of a young entrepreneurs competition: "They've already participated with their projects within the Internet platform this year".

Vyacheslav Myachnev, a high school student from Orenburg, is only 17, but he's already designed a series of original garden furniture.

Vyacheslav Myachnev: "My global goal is to open up my own furniture factory".

Pavel Tatarenko from Veliky Novgorod has also made it to a whole new level in a snap. A bank manager with an IT degree up until recently, having won Russia's Leaders, he got an offer to be the Head of the Regional Education Ministry.

Pavel Tatarenko, winner of Russia's Leaders: "It's important for the Novgorod Region to be attractive not just as a donor region, when great staff and talented youth move to the capital, but for them to stay here, helping develop their region".

This forum was created at the instigation of the President. Today, Putin has arrived to greet the winners, two of which are federal deputy ministers of Healthcare and Energy. They received those positions after winning Russia's Leaders competition.

- I honestly didn't think it'd change my life so much.

Vladimir Putin: So you got promoted?

- A little bit, yes.

- A little bit? You're a deputy minister, that's not a little.

Everyone wants to tell the President about their projects, which are already bringing money to their authors and are beneficial to Russia. Darya Bortsova and her father have a family business, they manufacture frozen foods. Her project won her a scholarship at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Darya Bortsova, participant of the young entrepreneurs’ competition: "Our project is young, we'll implement it in our town, then the region, then Russia".

Vladimir Putin: "Recently, just before March 8th, I met with female entrepreneurs. One of them told me how she started out in her home kitchen, making chocolate. She has several lines now, various loans, and exports to China. Can you imagine? She started from scratch, using various subsidies provided for small and medium enterprises by the government. It was nice to hear it all works".

Anastasia Filippova from Ryazan has managed to implement two totally unrelated projects, a fast food restaurant, and a therapeutic massage salon with blind or deaf employees.

Anastasia Filippova, participant of a young entrepreneurs competition: Nobody hires them, which I find odd, because blind people's tactile perception is better than that of masseurs who can see. So I opened up a salon that hires only disabled people.

Vladimir Putin: You are amazing.

- Thank you, thank you so much.

- You really are.

The Krasnoyarsk SMU student Pavel Sobolev tells the President about his dilemma: whether he should be a surgeon or an entrepreneur. The Krasnoyarsk student also has a personal favor to ask of the President.

Pavel Sobolev:My grandmother in Krasnoyarsk is sick. I'd like to ask you to sign a card for her.

Vladimir Putin: I'd be glad to. What's her name?

- Nina Grigoryevna.

- I wish you all the best. Health, most of all.

The President openly admits he's interested in all the projects that've been presented today, because they're all active, which means new jobs and new technologies.

Vladimir Putin: "You and those like you are our country's hope. I wish you all great success".
