42 season winners will become assistants to State Duma deputies. Another 50 best graduates will have a training course in the lower house of the Parliament.

Olga Batalina, Deputy Secretary of the General Council of United Russia: "This is a preliminary stage. It can help one to obtain the necessary experience, knowledge, and skills for those who are ready to choose this path and follow it even further. It isn't obligatory that each graduate goes into politics. It isn't necessary. But these young people will find their place in public activities. Some will work with volunteer organizations, some will take part in socially significant projects. The party has offered support for such projects. Some will find themselves in legislating, trying out politics. Maybe, some will start working as assistants to State Duma deputies of different levels".
