Of course, the G20 summit in Osaka is the main event of the week or probably not only the week. We planned to begin our program with that topic. My colleague Pavel Zarubin is still in Japan. But the weather made its own adjustments both to our plans and the president's schedule. Yesterday evening, right after the G20 summit, Vladimir Putin promptly flew to Bratsk. There's natural calamity in Irkutsk Oblast — freshet. They declared a state of emergency. Thousands of houses are flooded, people have been evacuated.

The president took the mitigation of consequences under his strict control. If necessary, they'll engage the army in the fight with the freshet.

Vladimir Putin: The money will be allocated to you soon. Where and how will the people receive that money?

- There are different options. We've already begun to send it to debit and credit cards.

- Many people just don't have debit or credit cards. Many people lost their documents, cards, they don't have anything. But they have to feed their children every day. They also have to eat normal food. We need to make sure that people, each one of them, every family, receives that money. We should begin making payments right now without waiting for the end of making and checking the lists of victims.

Well, in Moscow, they'll continue to monitor how the tasks given by the president are being fulfilled. As I understand, on July 3rd, there'll be a separate meeting dedicated to it.
