Irina Pronina, Staff Training Chief at VTB: "After such internships about 50% of participants are hired by our bank for permanent positions".

All these contests for pupils, students, and professionals are part of "Russia, The Country of Opportunity" project. The government provides each of its citizens with a chance.

Sergei Kirienko: "The mission of the State is to give every person to find their vocation, their talent. Every person has a talent. It's a matter of having an opportunity to discover it as early as possible to fulfill themselves".

The selection system is crowned with the "Leaders of Russia" contest. It's a competition for managers aimed at bringing new blood into the civil service.
