A house of the future was presented in Kazan. With an area of just 19 square meters, it's built from monolithic fiberglass. Every aspect of the building was specifically designed. Its main advantage is its complete autonomy. The house could be built on any terrain in a matter of minutes. The Tatarstan authorities have already taken interest in the invention.

Stanislav Nazarov with the details.

Its dwellers would hardly have an address or pay the electricity or water bills. In order to move, one just has to attach wheels to the house. It's not a tent or a bungalow. The 19-square-meter module house weighs only four tons and takes several minutes to install. The first private hotel doesn't require a construction permit or electricity and water supply. This micro house could be installed in a natural resort in the mountains, or on a river bank.

Andrey Gavrilov, lead engineer: "A water supply of 4,500 liters and a sewage tank of the same volume. Two people can live here autonomously for a month basically in any location of the world".

The house can function without an external energy supply. It has solar panels on the roof that charge the batteries. An inverter controls the electricity supply.

Anastasia Abramova, art-director: "We are in the autonomous module. It's called Atomm. Here's a bedroom for two. The house is really compact — every square centimeter is used as effectively as possible".

The house is built of monolithic fiberglass. Its roof, walls, and floor make up a single framework that excludes the loss of warmth in this thermos-house. Tatarstan's Tourist Committee plans to begin to use these mini-hotels as early as this year.
