Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the Russian President, said that the blast at a college in Kerch could have been a terror attack.
Here's what he said: "The president was informed. The data on those killed and the number of injured is being constantly updated. The president offers his deep condolences to those who lost their relatives and loved ones as a result of the explosion.
The president ordered the Health Ministry, the MES, and emergency services to take emergency measures to render assistance to those injured in the blast and, if necessary, ensure the transportation of those severely injured to the leading Russian hospitals, including in Moscow. The president has instructed the Federal Security Service and investigative bodies to immediately establish the causes of the explosion. We're expecting an update from the competent bodies".
